Default Subaru 4 pots

My mate has just bought a Subaru 2000 turbo and it has the Subaru 4 pots on the front and one of the pots is sticking slightly so goin to buy a seal kit for both calipers and just wondering if this is the right seal kit?

http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/part...en=&searchKey=

Also when I had a shot of the car there was no pedal feel and even when I stood on the brakes there was nothing! We are goin to fit the new seal kit and brake fluid at the weekend, dose any1 know if this will work and if there is anything else we could try aswell?

Thanks for help in advance guys

Yes right kit but if the pistons are seized then u might need to put a compressor gun on them to release them.

It's usually rusty piston that stick in the calipers , I make stainless steel one that don't rust to fit , we have plenty in stock if you need any , along with seal kits , and fully reconditioned calipers on an exchange basis

Sounds like you have a couple of seized pistons. I've re-furbed 3 sets and it always seems to be the one at the bottom on the inside half of the caliper on both sides.
My wifes car had wedge shaped pads on that side
I'd recommend the pistons/seal kits off Ian ^^ the hardest part is removing the old pistons!

I`d say do himself a favour and get a set of refurbed calipers from Ian, and then match that with his disks and pads, I did and its the best mod I have done!!

Thanks for the replies guys and will let my mate no and he can make his mind up.

Will try and get him to buy the refurbed calipers from Ian and that will save me a job freeing them off just for it to come bk again.
