As title.. will they fit ok or be too big?

235's on a 7.5J rim is the max suggested tyre width for the rim so you should be fine.

Min recommended is 215, ideal is 225 or 235 and max is 245. I use 235's on 8J rims. If you want to go wider than a 235 for track use you would be better going to a 9J rim.
