What would people recommend for fitting to the STi hatch?

Compound can't be too soft as the car has to do about 400 miles per week on a combination of motorway and back roads.

Car was fitted with Dunlop SP Sport from new but can't say I've been that impressed with the grip so looking to fit something better.
