Default DBA or AP??

Need some advice guys. It's time to change my discs. Currently, I've got 2 part AP's with Porsche callipers. I need to change the discs so could just change the rotors on the AP's
Any thoughts about DBA? Is it worth making the change?? Would it add anything to the braking/feel??
Not sure about costs either?
Any thoughts/advice would be much appreciated!

I have DBA discs on Subaru 4 pots with DS2500 pads. I have not experienced any fade whatsoever compared to the standard setup. They were recommended to me by a Subaru motorsport specialist. For 294mm discs, back in 2008, they were just £144 each, so fairly cheap.
On a more extreme setup such as yours, the benefits should be greater as their strong point is better dissipation of heat based on the "kangaroo paw" shape of the inner surface of the discs. I have suffered no squeal or warping
either.

off hand i'm not aware of any DBA offering that will fit your AP bells??

you'd be better off simply replacing the rotors as required to get the bets out of the AP kit although yoiu could consider another manufacturer like Performance Friction i they do a suitable disc

Thanks for the replies.
Thanks Alyn! I only really thought of DBA because I remember you (and a few others) saying they were really good and well worth the money!
Would it be worth changing the bells in that instance also or just stick with AP and save the money? I'd bring it up to you but now that I'm not in the north anymore it's a little far from London! If it's going to make a significant difference for not much more (?) money then I think I'd consider it. Upgrades likes this probably wouldn't add much value to the car otherwise?
Hope alls well your end matey!

I fitted PF discs from Alyn on my AP bells (330mm 5570 caliper kit). Better quality than AP originals and pre heat cycled so no need for being gentle after fitting. Not sure PF discs available for all AP calipers/bells, Alyn will know answer.

Stick with the 2-part disc setup.

PF discs are superior to APs though and may be available to fit your bells.

Send the disc sizes and ideally the AP part number via PM or email (aztecperformance@gmail.com) and I will be able to look it up for you.
