Rear 2-pot caliper mounting bolt TORQUE setting please.

Question Rear 2-pot caliper mounting bolt TORQUE setting please.

This is for the 2x m10x1.25mm bolts which attach the 2-pot caliper to the backplate.
Help please!

Dont know the torque but it cant be any more than a good tighten by hand using a Ratchet/socket,tighten then a quick jerk,wahay to tighten some more etc

I think that covers just about every bolt on every car in all the world!


How about:
28-32 Ft/Lb or 38-51 NM
Does that sound about right to anyone out there?

True,but what i meant was, at that small scale of torque,it can be done up using hand strength if you dont know the torque setting.

would i torque up m8/m10 caliper nuts n bolts, nope.
head bolts etc, yes LOL

yes if on very precise instruments,but mounting bolts etc can be done up using pure feel i reckon,but each to their own n all that
