Default Bleed Kit

My new pads, discs, fluid and hose kit will be arriving tomorrow from Ian Godney I'll be fitting myself and was going to just enlist someone to pump the pedal and manually bleed. However I'm wondering if anyone would be kind enough to share their thoughts on one of these;

Bummer mate, thanks for pointing that out. I'll have to check if I decide to buy it.

lol Don't Waste your money bud, ...... Just get a friend or even a stranger that is passing lol just to pump it through as doesn't take long. I like Machine Mart because they always bring out werid things out but the last 4 items I've bought from them - None of them worked or broke within a couple months

I've used one of these for years on many different cars, this Gunson set has been around a long time. Allows you to bleed brakes alone which is great. I've never tried to use mine on my classic though, so can't comment on the cap fitment. If your only going to use it once may be worth getting someone to help you instead of paying out for it, but I'd never be without mine!

That's what I used to use, mine was a rubber tube with a slit in it and one end blocked, it was ace, but has now perished.

When I do mine, one of my lads sits in and I wield the spanner.

You can get a universal cap that sits on top with a rubber strap to hold it in place. Years ago I did buy an OE cap drilled it to fit my ezi bleed too. Then sprayed the engine bay with brake fluis. Luckilly did it in work next too the jet wash.

yeah the 1 in the link just attaches to the bleed nipple you dont have to pressurize the system you just pump the pedal with the res cap off as normal and when the pipe is clear off bubble tighten up the bleed nipple, easy!
