Was looking at a set of these in blue, but have been told for show use only.

Don't bother mate.

They are made of chocolate. I've stripped the threads on three of mine so far.

not come across the D1 nuts but have used alloy nuts on race/rally cars for years (until recently when they banned them!!) and never had any issues at all but the ones we use are a very good quality item..............
