Type Rear disk fitting kit

Hi all,

I have a set of Type R rear 2 pot calipers and 2003 WRX rear disks for my car, however I cannot find a link I used to have a company that sold an adaptor plate for these. Would anyone be able to help with this?

I only have the hose kits as a car kit , but are doing a very good deal on them , a HEL stainless steel kit with a litre of DOT 5.1 fluid for £54.50 , HEL kits are the best available.
