Locking stud problem....stuck with flat

Locking stud problem....stuck with flat
Message says it all really; the locking stud has stripped the teeth and I'm stuck with a flat tyre, spare at the ready, but can't get the stud out. It's Sunday, nowhere open and I'm up the creek!
