hi guys just curious if the my99 uk turbo came with abs. it has 2 pots on front an think in past they used to have 4 pots but im not sure. there is no fuse in the abs box but put bright light on dash an u can see the abs light on dash. if u look at engine bay in bottom left corner, in front of light there is a brake line system i think an has a pump on the side of it. so just wondering if this enough clues to say whether shud have it or not. thanks guys

 

My99 uk car should have abs as standard.

 

tar mate. i got a 4 pot kit to throw on the front. when i do tht i will pop a fuse in the box an check to see if works. thanks mate for the info

 

your car should definately have abs mine is the same car and has it as standard with 4 pots on the front and 2 pots on the rear

 

in the engine bay at the right hand side near the air filter box is there a big square thing with pipes coming out of it or just an empty space ??

my 93 1.6gl doesn't have abs so just has a big space, well it did until i fitted a siren

As standard , the MY99 had 4 pot fronts and one pot rear calipers , and should have ABS

thanks for info guys. yea i have a big square box in the corner with steel pipes coming out. is this the abs block? ive braked an the wheels lock up.
