A 304mm AP fits under 16s.

Standard disc/caliper setup on a MY99 is 4 Pots/295mm discs.

It's not just about the size though

OK cheers. Was just thinking about getting spacers to make my 326mm Brembo's go under, for temporary winter wheels.

304 maximum, even then you may have issues with the calipers fouling the wheel weights; I know I did!

No chance of your 326mm Brembo's fitting under 16"s

Didn't Prodrive do a 308mm kit that fitted under 16" Rims?

Spacers push the wheel away from the hub, not increase the size of the wheel

A mate has 315mm discs on his Mk2 escort, running 15" wheels

I'm not that thick

I know the brembo's have trouble with wheels clearing the calipers width, so knew that can be fixed with spacers. But if I'm going for spacers for spare wheels, I want to get some cheap ones

Must have a tiny caliper on the escort with 15's then as its the caliper which is the issue...

I have a set of AP 304mm 4 Pots as spares sitting in the shed...;-).. new discs and pads.. except they dont stop a 500bhp+ car for too long so I now have some Porsche GT3 Calipers and 355mm Discs on the front and 330m 4 Pots on the rear.......... all under 18 inch alloys

Nah huge WRC AP's lol.

Remember all the WRC cars run 315mm on gravel with 15" wheels so there is a fare amount of gear about.
