Default Squeaky Breaks

ive got squeaky brakes or wheel. When im driving in a straight line or turning the steering wheel left there is a constant squeak. The squeak stops when i turn the steering wheel right.

I think i got a few more miles left on the pads (if anyone can confirm), but ive got some copper grease to put on the back of the pads to see if that works.

Can sum1 confirm this is right (as i got it off the net with no pics) and tell me what part is what as ive never done anything like this before, but apparently, i dont need to take the caliper off, i need to remove the M clip, remove retention springs, spring clip falls out, handbrake off (in 1st gear), with pliers take pads out.

can anyone help me out? many thanks in advance
