i paid £368 fitted in manchester, if you go on the vredestein website you can search dealers from your postcode as most garages i rang had never heard of them. Ive not pushed the car as yet to see how well they grip but you can feel the grip straight away just from the difference in the feel of the car and they also look good which is a bonus

Supposed to be great tyres! Seen loads of reviews about them, and quite cheap!

I have been banging on about these for a while. I have mine fitted in November and they are the most amazing tyres.

The best ones I have ever had.

In the dry they are awesome, in the wet, they are breathtaking.

Running mine with Nitrogen as well

i got mine from camskills, 360 delivered, in 225-40-18.
as i say very good so far.

I've had them on mine for about 20k and I have to say they are pretty poor. Not as much grip as the the BS originals but in the wet they seem ok. I won't buy them again though. Eagle F1s next or the RE070s

Vredestein dont normally last 20k, got about 12k out of the ones on my omega (f/r) then changed them to F1's (bad move), but the sessanta's will be replacing my yoko's on the scoob

They've been disappointing since day one really, Tony. They aren't even grippy in summer so I'll go back to the usual ones next. Still, for the money I don't think there is much better but tyres are not something you should be thinking with your wallet first.

Strange you've had bad times with your Vreddies - I've had mine on my STI for 14K (replacing the original REO70's) and I can't praise them enough - grip is just as good as REO70's, turn in is just as good, the feel/feedback as you drive along is far better than the REO70's.... Still got 3k-4k of tread left on them, so should do 17-18k overall before I need to replace them. I will be buying these again when the time comes.....

Everyone I know who has them has the same thoughts on the tyres, so it makes me wonder if there is something about your set up that doesn't make these work for you?

How much extra was the nitrogen?

How much nitrogen do you actually get, when you consider the tyre is already full of air before inflating to the operating pressure?
