Hi Guys - I am quietly looking at sets of 18's for my 02 Bugeye WRX JDM, a supplier has suggested I check if I have the following stud pattern, either 5 x 114 or 5 x 100..........I have never bought aftermarket wheels before So what do the above figures mean, I can then get back to them and pretend I know what I'm talking about

 

it means that the Pitch Circle Diameter ( PCD ) is 100mm , and there is 5 holes , so yours is 5 x 100

Just to add , if you really want to sound as though you know what your on about , tell the supplier that only the 2005 onwards STi had a 5 x 114 PCD , all WRX's had a 5 x 100

 

Thanks Ian, I have the 2002 Sti wheels fitted at the mo, with the "dimples" around the edge - When I get the wheels/tyres weighed and paid I'll be in the market for a disc and pad upgrade for my Subaru 4 pots/2's on the back. Top man, Cheers Simon.

 

what offset do they run if on a 7x18 rim was used on a 2005 onwards STi ?
