rear disc help please

Question rear disc help please

I am replacing my rear discs and am having probems

i forced my rear disc on when fitting a new one,and i didn't adjust the brake shoe adjuster and now i can't get it back off again..wot an idiot i am!!!
Any advice please(apart from take it to a qualified mechanic next time)

At the back of the backplate there is a rubber grommet , take that out , and get a flat head screw driver and adjust the castle nut adjuster doodah to slacken the handbrake shoes off , the discs will come off then

have a look at this
