abs question

hi can anyone tell me if my 94 import wrx is suppose to have abs? coz i don't see know abs light on the dash, and if some models come without it why is that?
thanks sorry if its a silly quetions just confused with the technology on a car like this.

If your WRX has abs, it will have a big gold-coloured block at the front of the drivers'-side wing. From this block there will be numerous brake lines.

If you have a big space in front of the air box (the big black thing on the drivers wing) then you haven't got abs.

Very few early WRXs had abs (Japs don't go much for safety like airbags & stuff!) but a few do. You'd only likely need it in wet weather - otherwise it can be a bit annoying.......
