Default changing brakes

hi everyone

i am looking to changing my front brake pads (4 pot calipers) and i was wondering is there any special way to push the piston back or just do it like you would with a single piston one.

cheers

Just push them back as you would do a single piston but do them together or the fluid from one can go into the other pushing it right out.

Machine Mart do a piston retracting tool for about £15 and is a good investment if you fiddle with brakes a lot (like me). Before I had one of these I used to leave the old pads in and lever between them to push the pistons back to avoid leaning on the dsc.
