Default Brembo's Vs AP's

I'm starting wish I didn't get newage STi Brembo's on my classic now because of the limited wheel fitment.
I've heard that AP racing 4 pots go under 16's, so they'd obviously go under all 17's. Is that true, so what size disc's do they take?

What other benefits do you have with them over Brembo's?

And, would anyone be crazy enough to swap their AP's for some Brembo's and cash?

the only AP kit that fits under 16" to my knowledge is the 304mm kit...........the more normal 330mm kit needs 17" but will fit under pretty much all std Subaru wheels............
