will 4 pots off a 2006 impreza fit a classic?

Yes they will , they are exactly the same calipers except the subaru lettering is a sticker rather than cast onto the calipers like the early ones

Ian would Wheel size not matter? As i have a JDM v2 sti with standard import wheels and am sure i can't fit the 4 pot subaru calipers without changing to 17's???

i think normal 4 pot's are fine but brembros need the bigger wheels to clear .

dont mean to hijack :P but is this the same regarding the type-r? i have done abit of reasearch and cant seem to find the answer, unless im been a blonde :S

Its not the diameter but the spoke shape that means you can fit certain wheels on , I have 15" wheels over my 4 pots on my rally car for gravel , and 16" wheels for tarmac , they are Raceline and Speedline motorsport wheels , the early import wheels dont usually fit over them as the spokes hit ,
