i went to 4 pots with Black Diamond pads and standard discs,Goodridge hoses and **** me they were sooooo much better (about £400ish).
I now run stnadard pads and although not as good a hell of a lot better than the 2 pots.

don't use EBC Greenstuff as i believe they aren't suitable for AWD cars of cars pushin out more than 200bhp.

You will have to check 4 pots fit under your wheels,i had to change to late model wheels.

depending on how big your wheels are Brembos are another option

Upgrading you 2 pot discs and pads is at best a fudge IMHO. Some people have reported success but at a cost. If they still do not meet your expectations you have wasted your money as there is little else you can do.

A similar amount into a second hand set of 4 pots and standard discs/pads will gain a definite improvement over the standard 2 pot set up, as most here will testify. More importantly is a good starting point if you need more (exotic pads and discs etc)

Whichever way you decide to go get a set of braided hoses for better pedal "feel"

Tried the EBC greenstuff on a Scirocco once (another car with remarkably poor brakes) and ditched them as financially non viable due to the high purchase cost, the incredible wear rate and the fact that they did bugga all to improve the braking . Not tried them on a scooby tho.
