See a lot of guys on here with them so guess is it won't just thought this could be cleared up in a couple of replies.

Most tuners I spoke to all told me that Newages run better with 18's

That said I went and used that excuse to buy some PFF7's and told my other half the tuners made me do it

Did you get the "how much did they cost" and just quote the cost of 1 wheel and tyre.

I accidentaly let slip how much my first remap cost on holiday in greece a few months back ...... needless to say shes now expecting a huge xmas present lol

I've wondered about the 17 Vs 18 thing, this is probably a stupid question but does it affect the speedo ??

LOL , it will make a difference on the speedo mate iirc , not sure how much but as the rotation is greater then you will be going quicker than the clock says you are (i think) ,

I nearly did the same with my re-map too , gotts be carefull eh !

Brockett don't do it to a classic !

But fine on a New-age car.

I went bigger, looked good enough for GGR !

No because you should use the correct tyre size which keeps same outside diameter as the original 17's. Tyre wall will be lower so less tyre roll = better handling
