Default New ROTA GRAs the right size? Brembo Clearance - Help needed

I'm just putting on my new Rota GRAs and i'm concerned about the Brembo brake clearance.

On the PFF replicas there is a good 1.5cm from the spoke to the caliper:

On the new Rota GRAs the clearance is only the width of a key and it is like 1mm from the rubber nipple on the caliper:

Before i put the rest of them on. Can anyone confirm if these are the right size? I'm a bit concerned.

Thanks.

I've just fitted the same alloys on my Bugeye Sti and noticed exactly the same thing, but the car runs fine,it's just the spoke design.

Cool, thanks Tommo. I've taken it for a run and it's fine. I was just nervous as it was so close.

Rota GRAs and new T1-Rs = 19kgs
Inovits and worn T1-Ss = 20.5kgs

Not sure yet.

Will be getting them tarted up and powder coated. Then will either sell them, or sell them with the car as a track-day/winter set.

Same on my 17x7.5 ET48 rota torques, fitted to a classic running Brembos. Pretty close tbh but not a problem I don't think.

This is the clearance I had on my 18x8 ET48 Rota Torques, new age Spec D.

Check my profile out Gaz, I'm running them and mine look the same as yours I've run mine for 18 months now without issue... one thing though turn that rubber cover around or you will chop the joint off on it as I have done here
