Default Brakes Bouncing?

When I apply the brakes in an emergency situation, if I hit any bump or pot hole in the road the brakes feel like they are bouncing? Sound daft I know but has anyone had this happen to then and does anyone know how to cure it.

My car is a bug sti, with 4 pot sti's and new ferodo pads. I have had a couple of scares latley and have decided to upgrade to brembo's STI (Black Ones) will this still happen on the new set up.

Sorry I may have not wrote it right, when the car brakes feel like they are bouncing the contact with the road seems to be reduced at the front and the car seems to take ages to stop. Ive had the brakes checked at subaru, they said they are in v.good condition and allpistons etc are fine, I was looking on fleebay and someone is selling brakets for the brake system to stop travel under hard braking could this solve the problem?

If I was you I don't think I could trust Fleebay with some think like this
If you could go back to the dealer and try to explain the problem and ask them to do a test drive I am sure they would, and it should not cost anything!

Is the brake pedal pulsing at the same time?

Does it do it if you are braking from speed but not applying the brakes hard?

i use to get this on my bugeye wrx which i think have the same 4 pots as the bug sti, it happens when u apply the brakes and hit a pot hole, the brakes seem to switch off then come back on but with abs activated, very very strange behaviour which is sorted by taking foot off pedal then re applying. does happen on my blob STI as they have brembo's
