I had a chat with Alyn @ ASperformance...

I was goignt o take out my pads to clean the caliper pistons etc...i forget which side the arrow should be pointing for the metal shim thing that goes on behind the Pad...up or down..

 

the arrow should be pointing in the direction of rotation of the wheel.........
so goes up-over in the caliper
