Default replacing brakes need help?

Hello, i have a 2002 wrx with standard brakes which i want to change but i don't know the sizes of the front and rear disks. (don't want to change the standard calipers )
also can someone tell me what disks are the best ,grooved or grooved and drilled and would these improve the braking or not.
thanks

295mm for the front for years 98 - 05 with standard 4 pot brakes.

Tarox or Black diamond for standard calipers.

scoobyworld or scoobyparts
They should both give you the option for your car in the drop down menu.

Think its 290 mm on the rear but not 100%.
Wait for a brother to confirm

Looking at your pictures its defo 4 pot fronts with 294mm discs and 2 pot rears with 290mm discs

Grooved discs will help deglaze pads, drilled will help with heat dissipation but will be prone to cracking.

For a good deal on replacements all round contact Ian at Welcome To Godspeed Motorsport

Its your pads that do the stopping so look to improve these

Hi
Yes all the 2001 onwards WRX's have 294mm front discs and 290mm rears , all of them are vented .

Go with grooved only discs as drilled ones can end up cracking around the holes.
Look at the group buy we did for some good deals on grooved discs , £89 for the fronts and £109 for the rears per pair

Cheers Ian
