Default brake upgrade advice

hi all

i've got a 96 wagon, its got the normal 2 pots up front and single pot rears.

the front pads and discs need replacing, as does one of the rear calipers as its leaking.

what would you suggest would be a good bolt-on upgrade to give me a little better stopping power?

i've been looking at WRX fourpots for the front....are they are just a straight bolt up jooby?

thanks

Ross

Have a look at Welcome To Godspeed Motorsport, and also try Alyn at ASPerformance.

Most folk reckon that 99 onwards 4-pots are a good upgrade with larger discs.

At the rear, consider STi Brembos from newage cars up to 2005. Again, look to Godspeed for fitting kits.

4 pots just bolt on as i've got a set on my 93wrx also went with goodridge braided hoses ,standard discs and Black Diamond pads.

BUT check that they will underneath whatever wheels you've got as i had 16" wheels on mine but due to the spoke design rubbed against the caliper so went for my99 wheels
