Default Binding brakes?

How do you assertain that they are binding.

Apparently according to the pre mot check they are.

I'm assuming the discs are warped.

Try pushing the car on a flat bit of tarmac , or dip the clutch and see how quick it stops when approaching traffic lights or something..

You can still get the seal kit for 2 pots, bout £20, not to hard to do. Or you could upgrade to some four pots, worth doing mate.
