Default KEI Rs-s 17" or 18"

im thinking of getting these in either 18 or 17 inch. 17s because they are cheaper and i can only find the 17s in the gun metal colour and id like the 18s in that colour.
can anyone recommend where to get these or just give me your opinion of which is better, 17s or 18s in looks and performance?

cheers

Ps, im probably going to be running 215/35/?
