Anyone bought the P1 18" Prodrives for much less than the £2000 retail yet?

Just had a blow-out so am tempted to up-grade rather than replace the tyre......

Official retail is £1800 per set 18's plus tyres. However, DO NOT buy them with tyres fitted, as they are PZero Rossos, which are not a brilliant tyre - buy the wheels bare (with the right dealer you will get 10% off) and fit your own tyres - S03, Toyo or GY F1. This will also work out cheaper - you should be able to do the lot for £1600 all in.

If your near manchester try mark @ alloytechwheels on 0161 627 1443 lastime i spoke to him he had 2 sets left for sale, i think they was around £1300 with toyo rubber on!

Just to annoy you lot, someone was selling a set with rubber on racecar parts for £450!!

They're gone now before you check. Would've picked them up myself if I knew how much they cost!!
