Default Godspeed conversion

I have the godspeed conversion on my car, this was fitted by the previous owner. Spoke to someone Monday at godspeed about my pads rattling. They said put the springs in, done that tonight but on way home one fell out, (managed to rescue it)could someone please tell me or post a diagram to show how this conversion should of been fitted and should there be 3 or just the 2 pins holding the pads in?

Please help the rattling is drving me crazy

Hi
It was me you spoke to about your clips , if they are falling out , bend the end over a bit more than it is now , so it hooks onto the pin , it cant fall off then.
There is only 2 pins per caliper
Give me another ring tomorrow if you want me to explain it better
Cheers Ian

i had problems with this, and i found the cause to be the split pins.

what happens is the split pins swist around, then the clips get into the split pin groove then pop off.

what i done was to open the split pin right out so it can not twist round. have done around 1k miles like this, and have not had any problems with it.

worth trying this

thanks
ian
