I'm a newbie here, so I need a little help...

I had a feeling, that something (some kind of front brakes cooling ducts?) is missing here - see that little holes in the front bumper?

Welcome..... nothing is actually missing, but i think there were some parts available to add a cooling duct.... but like i say, your car looks just as mine does.....

 

I (think) that hole is used when attaching an STi 6/P1 Front Splitter?

 

are you talking about OEM parts?
if so, what are the parts #?
