Yes I could but that wasn't the question
I have seen some 07 STI rear Brembos with low mileage for sale for a good price and it would significantly raise the price to buy new discs

Thats the plan mate to get the fiting kit from Godspeed to fit the rear Brembo's.
The reason I ask about the PCD is that the pics show the studs from the hub coming through the disc. I assume that they are like the fronts, but I didn't want to get them redrilled and find out they screw onto the hubs and so couldn't be used due to the way the handbrake works...if you know what I mean.

Ahh I see. So when you said "Can you redrill the PCD of rear STI discs so they will fit a classic" the actual question was "Can you redrill the PCD of MY07 rear STI discs so they will fit a classic"
Now I understand the question you meant to ask in the first place.
I would think it would be fairly simple to fit a second set of stud holes on the new pcd midway between the existing holes. When you buy the current AP racing kits the disc bells come with two sets of holes, one for the original pre 2005 pcd the other for the 2005 on pcd. If it's good enough for AP then I'd be happy to do it on my car. I'd probably not do it myself with a cordless drill in the garage but I'd happily give it to a proper machine shop to mark out and drill on some proper bit of kit like a mill with a dividing head. But then they'd probably give it to the apprentice with a cordless drill and a vice..... Go for it, it'll be fine.

yes the discs can be redrilled to suit the early 5 x 100 stud patern , I have done loads of these for people , any local engineering company should be able to do this for you , I could do it but it would cost you carrage to me and back , I charge £25 to do them to give you a guideline , have a phone around local
