Bridgestone SO3's
#1
What are the Bridgestone SO3's like, I'm running SO2's at the mo and there are very good but a tyre change is needed again!!!
Do the SO3's have the little extra rubber rim that the SO2's have that do help you scuffing you alley's when just rubbing curbs??
What is the standard size for the 16" wheels, is it 205/50/16 ??
What is the going rate for these??
Thanks

I got a price yesterday from micheldever of 4 x s03's for £372 -delivered to Edinburgh. That was for 205/50 16. I ended up going for the F1's as they were about £90 cheaper (although they sneaked in a price increase this morning which made the margin more like £70!!). Their number is 01962 774437. I wish I was on comission, you're the 3rd person I've told today

They seem very cheap for the SO3's. I year and half ago I paid just over £600 for 4 x SO2's fitted and balanced...
Was I ripped off or have tyres just got cheaper????
Mark.

I just paid £411 all fitted for 4 x SO3 with Bathwick Tyres in Taunton. Could have done in for less at home in Ipswich, Trinity Tyres were £397 all fitted (picked up a nail whilst down in the West Country). Phoned loads of places for quotes and the prices varied by a much as £125 for four SO3's fitted.
