Thumbs down MyTyres.co.uk problems

Anyone else had problems with mytyres.co.uk ?
Placed an order for some Vredestein tyres - got an email back saying no stock and unsure when they will get them . Yet they still show on the web site ! So cancelled !

Placed another order over the phone for some goodyear Eagle F1's instead, to be delivered to a garage local to work and to check stock levels.
Tried ringing garage today - telephone no is wrong. Rang Mytyres to get correct no - they dont know it. Advised to cancel that order and try another fitting place which is more expensive than the original.
Pushed then for money off due to the above and not getting any call back when I should have.
Advised of the money off over the phone - just checked the email confirmation and susprise suprise they have been out through at the full price.

Just got off the phone (again) to mytyres - they will sort in the am and ring to confirm.

Sorry for the essay - but very very annoyed - anyone else had problems with them ?

Sorry, I've had nothing but great service from them.

They were the only ones to have stock of the size I was after, the whole of this country didn't have stock of 215/35/18.

Mind you I was a little worried that I might not get them as the woman I spoke too only spoke broken english and it got a little confusing due to where I live and the interesting welsh place names. But they turned up super quick and only £26 more once fitted than kwikfit(Who were the cheapest)

I used black circles last time for 2 tyres on my omega (F1 GSD3's@95 each 225/55/16) no problems there, never used mytyres though.

Looked at black circles and thye would cost me a lot more - only sticking with Mytyres this time as I'm not paying for any fitting cost !

I've used MyTyres loads of times.. only problem I've had was with getting them shipped to an address that isnt the invoice address but resolved that in the end

Never any issues with them at all, only ever buy my tyres off them unless they are FREE like my current set.

One time, the particular tyre i wanted wasnt in stock they e-mailled me with other options. No grief at all.
