Default Dot 5.1

Im thinking of upgrading my fluid from its standard which i think is dot 3 (That is what it says on the cap of the resivoir)
I want to upgrade to dot 5.1, will this be fine to do?

Also, there is another resivior under the bonnit, im guessing its for the clutch, is this right?
Would i be able to upgrade this to dot 5.1 too?

BTW its a 1999 WRX STi 5 Type R

Cheers Phil

yep, fairly straightforward and useful increase in temp. stability over normal dot3...............

and yes the other cylinder is for the clutch and again 5.1 will be fine
