Vredestein Ultrac

copied from Vredestein.co.uk

"Created by Vredestein in partnership with Giugiaro Design, the Ultrac is the ultimate tyre for the high end of the market. With its rounded shapes, flowing contour and inclined corners, the Ultrac is superbly designed. It is also blessed with many high-tech features. Take, for example, the Ultimate Handling Construction (UHC). This construction gives the Ultrac a high handling ratio, resulting in exceptional handling on wet and dry roads. Again, look at the Centre Shift System (CSS) found in the middle of the tyre; by shifting the right and left tread parts in relation to the centre section, noise production is minimised. And finally, the use of Full Silica Silan Solution in the tread compound means the Ultrac performs superbly on wet road surfaces as well as being safe in all other weather conditions".

They will be going on these

I did my research well and thanks to your post on here, I was sold. So thanks

I phoned around a few places local to me and they either said, sorry, these are not available and where not sure when to, yes we can get them and they would cost £100 fitted I emailed Mocom Racing, and they wanted £300 plus fitting or del. But I found them on My Tyres for £298 inc vat and del.

They arrived today. OMG, what a chunky thread they have. I can't wait to get them put on my alloys and on to my Sport...but first things first, springs and gementry to be done first

I've ordered these tyres to replace Bridgestones on MY05 WRX.
I've checked their website and confused about pressure settings.
Can any one please advice me on tyre pressures.

I'm probably gonna be fitting these next on my car, my mate runs his on tyre company and highly reccomends them, so much so he used them on his V6 Clio's and his Audi S3's and the only reason he didn't fit them on his E46 M3 is coz they don't do the correct size's.

Fitted these (215/45/17) today. Put 36 front and 34 rear.
Have driven in dry conditions today and they have very good grip and good braking. Lets see how they perform when wet!

Having geometry checked tomorrow.
