I have bought a set of newage sti gold rear calipers+discs+brake hoses. Could be fitted to my gt turbo MY99 with rear sliding calipers or I need any other upgrade as godspeed shoes for handbrake or/and discs and caliper adapters?

 

You will need some sort of bracket to hold the caliper and modded (thicker) handbrake shoes.

I'm in the process of doing this myself on a MY00 uk Turbo, i've made my own brackets and hand a local company re-line some handbrake shoes with thicker material.

 

There are a few people who have done it aleady, heres a thread of rentonone's when he did his, slightly different approach as he lined the inside of the drum instead of fitted modded shoes.
