Default Offset question

Just seen some cheap OZ alloys but the offset is 35mm. Is this too much to go onto a bugeye WRX without rubbing. The wheels are 7.5" wide and the car has been lowered.

I have looked at them aswell - good price if they are the same ones £274? for the set ...

Too far out!

OZ 18" RECORD Set of 4 WHEELS ONLY (7.5x18) (5x100) (ET35) (0168720080S) clearance

These ones...I thought that might be the case, sods law that I always by cars with high offsets.
