I'm not pertickly hard on brakes....normally
so when I replaced the pads on me Classic, I put 'std' Mintex all round
...yes, I read lots of threads on pads..but I thought I knew my driving style best.

however
last weekend I had a thrash over Hartside (Cumbria...and managed to cook me brakes onthe way down the West side
I was driving pretty hard but BOY! that car gets to them there corners pretty damn sharp!

so I guess I'm gonna have to fit some 'performance' pads now eh?

moral of the story is: get to know yer car BEFORE you go and stick new/replacement parts on it!
