Default solid and vented discs

I own a jap my95 wrx , i changed the discs 2 years ago on the rear from vented to solid discs as i was assured by tripple 6 in middlebrough these would be ok , was driving last night and i heard a funny noise , so ive investigated this morning and the outside pad has bloody fallen off the runner due to pads wearing unevenly and outer pad falling in between the caliper and the disc , now im stuffed , i can either get a new set of pads to get me away or i need to source some proper vented discs for the rear , anyone any suggestions as to were i can get some from ???,
So for all thoses people who are planning on changing there vented rear discs to solid ones " DONT " they will be ok for a while until they wear abit to far and fall inbetween disc and caliper due to uneven wear as vented discs arealot thicker ,,, bugger
we all learn by our mistakes .....

Who would want to change vented for solid anyway?

try this guy here (Alyn) AS Performance - Rally Motorsport Specialists for some new kit. Reasonably priced and delivery is well quick.
