Default wheel colour dilema for a DBM wagon

Need some help in deciding what colour to coat some new wheels i have purchased for my my00 dark blue mica wagon..... currently i have some 17" performance wheels in a sort of bronze colour, not too everyones tastes and they have been questioned before by some on here, decided i wanted a change so have now got some 17" Technomagnezio monaco's that have been recently refurbed and are in primer,so just need to decide what colour to do them in,was leaning towards anthracite or even darker maybe like gloss black? but not sure, think many folk on here go for gold wheels on dbm cars and darker wheels are a no no but looking for opinions on which way to go with these
The car in question

the wheels in question in primer

The wheels are a very similar design so not gonna change the looks greatly, but the choice of colour might make all the difference... so whats it gonna be anthracite? gloss black? silver?.... or anything else?

cheers

White with at least 3x laquer. That´s what I´m gonna do to my DBM ´02 WRX with Superleggeras.

Thumbs up

My vote is for Anthracite or steel grey colour.

Here's an example from the wagon thread

thanks but i already have the wheels and they are 17"..... from what i gather they are better suited to the classic range than the bigger 18" wheels...... size isnt everything

the wheels have already been refurbed before i got them and had been coated in primer ready to choose the colour i wanted...... the place i use to powder coat them is called bournes in digbeth birmingham £20 a wheel to strip coat and lacqure.... dont actually refurb wheels as they are a general powdercoating place that do all sorts of things,so if you have chunks missing from the rim or buckles they cannot do them, but if its just a colour change your after then they are cheap........ loads of sets of wheels there when i dropped them off, they might know somewhere that can refurb before coating them though
