Default What are the signs (front discs)

Hi All

I have been told that my front discs will need changing soon what are the tell tale signs to look for, I have 294 mm tarox front discs at the moment.

A noticeable lip on the outer edge is a good sign. Standard width is 24mm. 22mm is the minimum so in other words if it's big enough to feel and see (i.e. even a 1mm lip each side) you need a new pair. Only sure way is to get a pair of measuring calipers on it and check.
