Default Best discs for 4 pot classic?

Opinons on recommended discs for a classic on 4 pots (295x24mm vented discs)?

Only rules are:
Under £200 the pair
Grooved or plain - but not drilled unless they are proven reliable
Not EBC

Cheers! At the moment I've got a few things in mind - standard plain Subaru jobs, OMP grooved/drilled, Tarox G88, DBA 4000s (look perfect but too much money really)

I got a set of OE discs with delivery miles for £35 off ebay. Doing the job very nicely with uprated pads and braided hoses

Second that.
Wouldn't go for OE again as the two sets I've ever had both warped after some spirited driving and a few stops from 100+mph speeds.

I think the ebay ones from ggr are the incorrect width, 23mm when should be 24.

I used Red dot racing ones, lasted 50K before they needed changing, they had 6 grooves and were far better than the standard disc's.

Don't use there pads though, I had the fast road pads and they only lasted 7K of normal driving!!!!

Ah good old Red Dot, are they still going? That's worth looking into.

I've also found alot of companies will sell direct aswell, used to buy my pads direct from black diamond at a cheaper price!!

I found this combo pretty good

Running Brembos off a STI9 now, much better than the standard 4 pot only cost me £115 for brand new calipers, disc's and pads
