Wink rear disk conversion please help

hello peeps i have got a 1997 2.0 non turbo impreza sport wagon that has had many mods which i bought it like a few weks ago! i have good sound mechanical knowledge being as i was a mechanic. but as you will be aware these cars have brake drums on the rear and i want to do a disk conversion as i dont like them one bit mostly because they have manual adjusters an i like to have a good brake pedal at all times! so im thinkin i will need the hub carriers, calipers, disks, flexis, drive shaft flange an maybe hand brake cable but has any one ever done this before an know just what i need so i dont get half way through to find i'm missing something? any help would be much appreciated, if not thanks for readin this anyway! thanks guys
dave

first off get yourself over to www.imprezasport.net and say hello

I've done the conversion to mine,

what you need is

the complete rear hub from a turbo
disc
caliper
hose
handbrake cable

and same for the other side obviously

there is a how to, and loads of threads on this subject on the site above
