Dunno about Toyos but these guys are always competitive. They've got stocks of most brands/models too. I always get a quote from them as a benchmark and they're not too far from you.

Not sure about the 18" versions, but I got my 17" T1-S Proxies from Tyres Northampton - £400 all in (incl VAT, balancing and fitting). Woth giving Mark a ring (details on the banner ad).
