brake problem....

Default brake problem....

I've got an my03 sti, with 5.1 fluid, braided hoses and upgraded pads all round, but cant remember what they are

on a track I obviously overdid the brakes and was having to double brake to get any effect.

Had the brake fluid checked and I hadnt boiled it, but even to this day, if I brake hard the next time I use the brakes I have to double brake.

is it possible to cook the pads?

anyone got any idea what I've done / how to fix it?

either you've glazed the pads or more likely the fluid at the calipers has gone past its best..................

suggest you fluch the fluid first and see how you get on
