I rounded off a bleed nipple on my four pots, its only 7mm and was done up too tight. Lucky its still closed, what can I do to loosen it.....?

You could try filing down two sides so a 6mm spanner just fits. Then heat it up with a blow torch, and try undoing it. I use one of those little kitchen ones for jobs like this as the flame is small enough not to melt anything else.
