Hi All.....

I have noticed the past few days that when releasing my handbrake I get a squeaking sond for about 10 meters, then it stops...

I dont get this noise while driving / braking under any conditions only when releasing the handbrake for the 1st days drive..

As a test I also get loud screeching if I'm driving slowly and pull the handbrake on slowly...

car is an 02 STI type UK

any ideas?
