Default STI 8 brake upgrade - redstuff or yellowstuff?

Looking at above, have been recomended braided lines, DOT5.1 fluid & either REDStuffCeramic pads or YellowStuff R.

Which would be more suitable for an everyday driver?

Of the two compounds, stick with Redstuff Ceramic for road use and Yellowstuff for track days.

HTH.
