Brakeline Kit
Hi. Just about to fit a set of Goodridge braided hoses but I have forgotten which is which. Can someone tell me whether the angled banjo is the front hose or rear?

Sorry to hijack but how hard is to replace the hoses?
I bought a set ages ago but never confident enough to change them due to bleeding etc. I've just bought a godspeed kit for the OE 4 pots and quite happy to change the discs/calipers etc but not sure about the hoses.
thanks

I replaced a split one and found it relatively straightforward. Biggest headache was controlling the leaking brake fluid, but you'd probably be bleeding the system dry to fit them and the Godspeeds.
The connection to the solid brake lines close to the inner arch can be difficult to undo if you don't have a spanner with a flared end. In the end I use a pair of vice grips to allow me to undo them. Other than that it was very easy. I even managed to bleed them properly (with my Brothers help) after never attempting it before

Dead easy to fit, but in my experience you always have to file the hole in the support bracket on the strut out a but in order to make the flats on the mounting sit comfortably between the lugs. Done it twice now and was the same both times. A decent brakepipe spanner is pretty essential - a normal 10mm will almost certainly round off the union.
